Yeah bro isnt at fault for the accident. The girl has 5 seconds from appearing kn camera until the accident to stop, swerve, or even slow and she did not. Yes, the other car stopped because of him, no that doesnt mean he caused the accident. The stopped car pulled over as she had hit something and needed to assess damage, thats normal, thats okay. The girl behind her texting, thats not okay, thats why the crash occured. Also, the ticket had nothing to do with the accident. Even if an accident had never occurred they still could have cited you for failing to secure a load, you failed to fo so and thay is inarguable. You showing the video was proof of that, you shojld have contested it and just said "i had it in a bag, which gicen the short distance to home seemed reasonable" the video was incriminating lol, especially since you were talkkng abut attempting to drop the bag (second citation, littering) as well as going over the speed limit in parts. You didnt cause the accident, and i wouldnt say you were stupid but those actions were not smart.

Girl who rear ended other person should be at fault. But You need to be smarter in selecting and securing what ur hauling. But girl in rear should be given citation for texting while driving. But reason for citation is legit .

Only reason why this poor girl stopped is to say sorry because this dude was in the street yelling and flailing his arms like a moron, like she hit his dog or something. It was a very hard impact too, both of them probably at least mildly concussed. The way he keeps giggling the whole time too....he definitely has some mental issues.

Everybody is stupid here. -Biker should have held onto his stuff better. -First driver should have known better than to stop her car in the middle of an active lane of the road if there was no emergency and her car could still drive. Especially if the only thing she hit was a foam roller. I've hit far worse and kept going. -Second driver had 3-5 business days to stop and still hit the first car.

Your supposed to secure all loads in transit? And the 1st car stopped as it hit an object in the road but didn't have to, the fault lies with the 2nd car not being aware of 1st car stopped, although you were a distraction to them. But not securing your load was the cause and this was the effect!!!

Hey nice MT. I've got the same bike and yoshi exhaust. I know this vid is 6years old but wanted to ask if you ever ran into issues removing them? I have the exact same looking cheapo ebay ones and the left side bolt has more resistance than the right side one so the tube winds up getting stuck in there since the right bolt always wants to loosen first. I think I'm about ready to take an angle grinder to cut it off honestly. Also the right side the bolt stripped super easy and I have to use a screw remover to get it out. For anyone else buying these beware they work well and I had no issue lifting the bike but getting them off can be rough..
